Namskarasana:

After relaxing in Dakshasana, slowly and softly fold your hand touching the fingers and palm together, and bring them close to your chest as shown in the picture. DO not force your hands but hold them lightly, using the minimum energy required. The rest of your body remains unchanged like the previous posture. Although the literal meaning of the word “Namaskara” is to worship or pray, logically consider this posture as one that begins to physically exercise your body after relaxation, by giving a simple exercise to your hands.

Like you did in the previous posture, you will be able to relax in this very simple posture as well, using the same way described earlier.

Hold this posture for a few seconds or as long as you want, if you like to do so, and release yourself from the posture by bringing your hands softly back to the starting  position.  The further relax for a few moments to complete the posture.
