Yoga Lessons.

Now you can get more information about yoga for your fitness and health life.

Dakshasana:

The primary aim of holding certain yoga postures is to relax the body and mind rather exercising the muscles. By practicing these Relaxing Postures one may learn the Art of Relaxation while standing, sitting or lying down, which is very important in the advancement of Yoga.

Although, the relaxing postures seem to be easy. They may be very difficult to master unless you have enough control over your mind. The relaxing postures can be performed in the beginning, end or at intervals.

Stand on the ground or on the mat you use to pracise yoga keeping the head and the whole body erect. Keep the heels together and the toes apart. If you find standing like this still difficult, you may keep a distance between you two feets in order to keep your balance. Let your hands loosely hang downwards at the sides of your body. Your knees must be straight but not forced or locked. You may keep your eyes open, closed, half closed or direct them at the tip of your nose.

Now direct your attention to your breathe through the nose. Start breathing smoothly, little deeper than normal and try to feel incoming and outgoing air through your nostrils. If properly done, this condition of posture, breathing and concentration will bring about a feeling of relaxation in your body and mind. Then keep on relaxing until you feel light, refreshed, healthy and happy and try to understand the subtle relationship between your mind, body and breathing.
