Blood

Blood:

Blood
Blood flows through our body doing many jobs to help us to be healthy. Our blood is about half blood cells and about half plasma.

There are three main types of blood cells known as red blood cells (or red corpuscles), white blood cells (or white corpuscles) and blood platelets.

The red blood cells, which are more number, carry oxygen to various of our body and in return, carbon dioxide from them. There are many different types of white blood cells but in general, they protect us from infections and other things like toxic, chemicals, etc that might have got into our bodies. Many blood cells are created inside certain bones that have red bone marrow inside them. The platelets are tiny disc-like things that stick together (clot) to stop bleeding when we face sudden injuries etc so that we do not lose too much blood.

Blood plasma is a mixture of mostly water and various nutrients like hormones, vitamins, minerals, amino acid, sugar etc and various toxins. Some of these toxins (poisons) are produce inside our body, and others get into our blood from outside.

So if our blood is weak and if we have unhealthy or few red blood cells, we may not have enough oxygen supplied to the cells of the body and enough carbon dioxide etc removed from the cells. If we have unhealthy and few white cells, we may have a weak immune system and may get more infections than normal. Similarly If we have unhealthy or few platelets, we may bleed  more than normal. When we have an injury.  Also, if our plasma is unhealthy, we may have too many or too few nutrients and too many toxins in our blood affecting many organs of our body.
