Lesson Six

Trikonasana

 Step 01

Widen your legs about three feet and this can be adjusted as you wish. Now raise your arms sideways to the level of the shoulders with palms facing down. You must be straight but do not force any part of your body. Hold this position with the relaxing for few second.






Step 02

Now start to bend your upper part of the body to the left side and try to touch left toes with left fingers. Look at the picture then you can see it further and keep your right hand like straight like the picture. Hold this position while concentration with the breath.
After few second, you may release the posture and come to the Dakshasana. Next you can again continue step 1,2 to the right side of the body.
